Academic Journey
I hold Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) degree in Economics from University of Rajshahi with a 3.78/4.00 CGPA. Currently, I am enrolled in Master of Social Science (MSS) in Economics program at the same institution.
Economics certainly was not on my preferred list of subjects. However, I fell in love with the subject quite soon after watching a couple of lectures on ocw.mit.edu given by Jonathan Gruber and reading a book styled 101 Things Everyone Should Know About Economics.
I began grasping the core concepts and started exploring the subject. I guess I was good at it, as certified by my friends and classmates whom I tutored during exams.
I wrote my Master’s thesis about stock market as I developed an interest in finance which evolved from reading a book titled For the Love of Money written by Sam Polk.
